5 of my weird habits (of myself! that I have!)

1.I chew off my nails when I get nervous.
2. I sing really loud in my car, not caring who else is around..or may hear me.
3.I check my myspace before I go to bed.
4.I usually need to listen to music before I sleep .
5.When I wake up in the morning I just lay there for like at least 5 minutes to wake myself up.

Yesterday was the Football game at Wyoming Valley..we got our arses kicked. cha..that kinda sucked. We didn't perform our show..I was cold, I was cold, oh wait..did I mention ? I WAS COLD! so basically a waste of time on my part..then I slept over at Emily's having a nostalgic time looking back at the band videos...Wow ..I have changed ALOT since 9th grade...it's kinda scary.

Well...I've been thinking about something...that I've done. I'm wondering whether or not I should have said it...cause it could demolish me. The thing is...I can't stop thinking about it..because there are many different possibilities that can come from this. I just hope it's a good one :-( ♥HeatherXAshley

catching up

Okay...since I've been so neglectful to my livejournal..I figured I would start updating it more. So what has been going on in my life you ask? Well here goes nothing:
1.) School is going fine I suppose..I'm not failing anything..so that's always a plus.
2.) Colorguard/Marching band has been taking up a huge portion of my life right now...Our guard won "Best Front Line" at the Easton Adjudication..which is AMAZING because our guard has not recieved this award since 1999 ...I'm so proud!
3.) I was nominated to become a People to People stident ambassador. I put my application in and they accepted it...now all I need is 2 teacher recommendations and 1 adult recommendation..and to set up my interview...

BUT..if I'm accepted...here I come FRANCE, ITALY, and GREECE!!!

4.) loads of preperation for a halloween party at my Aunt's House..I've been working my arse off to get that done

other than that...that's about it.

wow...being 16 years old...i've realized alot. I really want to start making my own decisions in life..and i'm really tired of my mother trying to control my every move in life...first it's dating. I wasn't even allowed to date until the age of 16. My mother has put me in all kinds of activities most of which i haven't even wanted to be in. and i'm done with it. It really upsets me that she can't accept the fact that I'm growing up..and it's time for me to do what I want and need to do. My family is going through a really rough time..both financially and emotionally...the thing is i thought about quitting marching band/colorguard to get a full time job. i thought ...rationally about it..and a long time about it too..the thing that sucks is..my parents just won't listen to me. and i thought making a mature decision like that...they would be proud of me...and happy for me..
see the thing is..i need to save up money for college and everything..because i have nothing..and I'm the one that's going to have to pay in the long run...
and for once in my life...i stopped being the black sheep..and stood up for myself...and still...they will not listen to me....

they just can't face...the fact..that I'M GROWING UP!

Well, I haven't been home too much lately..i've been in my second home in the lovely state of new jersey<3 summer is practically over and that's sad...reality is really starting to kick me in the ass...:-\ I'm just curious how all of you are doing..and how your summer's are going? Well, today was great....

I went out to Maritas and got to see Sarah Marie, Kelsey, and Gina...and we had a good time...making idiots out of ourselves and talking...
then I met up with Jade at Sarah St. Grill and watched some live music...that was also bunches of fun!it was really nice seeing jade again.. Now I smell of smoke like whoa...and I'm going to go to bed..I know..what an update..haha

wow..so much has happened since I last updated. I spent the last week and a half or so in new jersey with my aunt christy and uncle mike. I had a whole lot of fun....believe it or not..they have a hot tub...and they had a 4th og july party...we got to hang out with my aunt christy's cousin and his friends...who are really awesome...today I got home...and went to victoria's secret semi-annual sale....since it was the last day ....I couldn't miss out on the bargains hehe...whoa..i just sounded like a total materialistic snob...but seriously I am a bargain shopper!! that's about it for now...

Well, I feel terrible right now...I mean...I was in such a great mood for the longest time...and now that's all gone. My mom lost her job...and both of my parents are having financial issues. I sort of have a job..but nothing that great..all I do is babysit...I can't really get a good job until i have transportation. I went to New Jersey to visit some family...and that pretty fun. And now I come home..and find something out about a guy I really cared for. And I am a really strong person...but I can't help but feel hurt. I hate to sound overly dramatic or "emo" *rolls eyes* but seriously...I was so happy...and now it's all pretty much demolished. psh....

there is something else that has been bothering me as well...I feel very "out of the loop-hole" on alot of things lately...

yeah..today is just one of those days where I have to just let it all out.

p.s. I don't do this just to make people feel bad for me...by any means...

Well, yesterday was emme's party...oh gosh...such great fun! between going to the big a...and wrestling in the pool..and dustin wearing a bra! hehehe
I stayed over the night and we watched amelie...that's a really good movie..and it was in french...good thing...I understood almost all of it and didn't really have to read the subtitles! yess

now it's back to absolute boredom.

for some odd reason..the song all my love by led zeppelin will not get out of my head!

wow..so much has happened since I last updated! where shall I begin?..Well, I finally got to see Amber Weber...a very great friend of mine..who moved away at the end of last year..whom I love dearly!! father's day: went to a seafood joint..my dad had a great day. all throughout this week I have been working my arse off...I help out from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at vacation bible school.(Volunteer work of course) Inbetween, I have been babysitting...trying to earn some much needed cash. So...yesterday I was really in a movie mood..so I watched shattered glass, cruel intentions, and then went to the movies to go see batman returns with jade! It was so great to finally get a break and to see jade! so...after tomorrow...I finally get to relax a little.

so yeah..today is sunday..and I haven't updated in awhile...the thing is...there really isn't anything worth updating about..unless you want to hear my pointless stories. It's only the 3rd day of summer and I'm bored..that's bad! but..I'm not sad or anything...I've actually been really happy lately. All I've been doing lately ..is what I like to call having a ''jam fest'' I sit in my room..crank up all of the music I love so much...and sing at the top of my lungs..and dance ..or jump on my bed..it brings me so much joy..and it gives me a chance to just step out of the real world for a bit..and just enjoy life..you know..it's alot of fun!

I hope everyone's summer is having a great start..if you ever want to hang out or anything..do not hesitate to tell me..give me a call sometime 801-5464

busy as a bee!

Well, wow..so much happened today..I'm not even quite sure..where to begin. This morning I went to school..yes that's right..even though I didn't have to...but I went in to get working papers and junk from my locker..Michelle gave me a copy of my most favorite book ever The Perks of Being A Wallflower.Then, Michelle and I found out that they weren't taking attendance..so we booked it and left..We went down to the falls because nothing on main st. was open yet..and it was really nice..then everyone had the same idea and came down to the falls as well. We left to go to the dollar general..but it was pointless being that we had no money..so I walked back home and my parents brought us to get something to eat..then we walked back to school..got our stuff from our lockers..and said our goodbyes. But, it's really not "goodbyes" because I will definitely keep in touch with everyone!

colorguard tryouts day #3: we went over all of the basic stuff..then we went in small groups to be evaluated..I did perfect in that part. Then we learned quite a frusturating routine...and we barely had time to learn it..then we had to get into the small groups again to be evaluated..and do the routine to FAST MUSIC..by this point..I was totally screwed..cause I could barely do the routine without the music..it just wasn't clicking..but I MADE IT!!! sadly, my friends Morgan and Kim, and Jess..did not :-( but there's always next year.

I went home with Emily and we had alot of fun...we took random pictures and such...and then we watched almost famous! lovely movie..patrick fugit...is gorgeous!! It would have been really awesome to live in the 70's ..so yeah

that is my day in a nutshell

Well..bad news first ...I was reading through bulletins on my myspace and stumbled upon a message from something corporate about Andrew McMahon : Date: Jun 7, 2005 8:46 PM
Subject: Andrew...
Body: Andrew McMahon, lead singer of Jack's Mannequin and Something Corporate, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphatic Leukemia. He is being treated in Los Angeles, is in good spirits and his doctors expect a full recovery. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Tour dates for both Jack's Mannequin and Something Corporate are postponed until further notice. Per Andrew's request, Jack's Mannequin's debut album, Everything in Transit, will be released on Maverick Records in August as planned.

on a lighter note: today I had my french and psychology finals which both were a breeze..as expeected. Day 2 of colorguard tryouts: I was picked to be an "example" for the newbies ..so our little group of vets kept drilling the routine..until it was time to go...my arms hurt now..

and I think it's about time to go watch star wars episode II attack of the clones...yet again...*drools* hayden christensen..you are a GOD!

Well, my friends...I have embarked on a new journey...hehe actually I've decided to get a new journal..and start over again...anyone that can help me do a hawt layout...please comment...cause I need help! hehe

tryouts for guard started today...we "learned" drop spins both left and right side...windmills..and figure 8's ...each of which I already know *rolls eyes* total waste of time..

but I got to see all of my buddies wooty woo!!!
